Overview
On their way from the centre of the village to the Venetian bridge, visitors encounter another piece of history. This olive tree, which is characterised by a height and circumference of about 8 and 7.3 meters respectively, is more than 700 years old. In general, the olive tree falls into the category of evergreen long-lived shrubs, and is planted both for the cultivation of its fruit and the production of oil and for ornamental purposes.
