Overview
The Chapel of Saint Marina in Pachna was constructed next to the ruins of an older church. The current church was constructed in 1947 by Giakoumi Agathocleous and his wife Vasillou in honour and memory of their son Nearcho Giakoumi who fell in battle during WW2 fighting for the Allies. It was renovated in 1986 by the community of Pachna. The chapel has become a beloved site for worship and contemplation, drawing visitors from both near and far to its serene and picturesque location. The chapel's feast day is celebrated on the 14th of July.
