Overview

The Museum of Cultural Heritage of Statos - Agios Fotios is located in the centre of the community, south of the church of the Transfiguration of Christ the Savior. The establishment and operation of the Cultural Heritage Museum is part of the broader program of upgrading the countryside. The Museum presents known and unknown aspects of the community's history, customs, traditions of centuries and above all the people who created the culture of the place where they lived and some of whom excelled locally and on an international scale.
